About the Brasserie Parisis
Starting with Yvette’s beer, Brasserie Parisis has been producing craft beer in the heart of France since 2008. The Parisian brewery, with five employees, brews classic beers like the Parisis Blonde as well as special beers and limited editions that are a real highlight for beer connoisseurs.

Challenge: Low maintenance and quiet operation
For Brasserie Parisis, steam is primarily important for heating the tanks during the brewing process. The brewery also uses it for CIP heating and sterilizing the stainless steel vats.
For many years, Brasserie Parisis used a steam generator with a coiled tube. Not only was this noisy, but its components also required regular replacement. A few years ago, the brewery team therefore realized that a different solution was needed. The requirements for the new system: It had to be durable, low-maintenance, quiet, and easy to operate.
The solution: Durable steam generator DG460
With the JUMAG DG460 steam generator, the team at Brasserie Parisis quickly found the right system. The steam generator has been in use since 2017 and has made the daily work of the brewery employees much easier. Jonathan Abergel: “The fact that the equipment doesn’t require constant maintenance and operating parts like the solenoid valves don’t need to be replaced makes things much easier for us.”
In addition, the easy-to-operate system produces very little noise during operation. This is particularly practical for the brasserie, as the steam generator was located in the center of the factory before moving to the new building. The bottom line for the team at the Parisian brewery is clear: They can rely on JUMAG’s quality and technology.
