The equipment manufacturer BrauKon is in demand among breweries worldwide. From technology to design, BrauKon stands for brewing equipment of the highest quality. Its now more than 120 employees provide individual, tailor-made support to medium-sized breweries. BrauKon has been working with JUMAG for over 10 years.

The challenge: A reliable hot water boiler for our energy-saving systems
For its innovative energy-saving systems, the equipment manufacturer BrauKon needed a hot water boiler with the same technology and reliability as a steam generator. At the same time, the hot water boiler had to be space-efficient and affordable even for companies with limited financial resources.
There was no system on the market that met all of their requirements. But it was clear to both partners: There’s no such thing as “can’t do”! Thanks to their long-standing and proven collaboration in the field of flash steam generators, it was a natural fit to launch a new, successful project together.
The solution: The Nemo hot water boiler
The JUMAG solution is a first for both parties: The first in-house hot water boiler, the Nemo, meets the company’s high quality standards and enables cost-efficient production.
The hot water system achieves lower operating costs than steam systems. What particularly distinguishes the Nemo hot water boiler is its comparatively simple engineering and technology, which eliminates the need for a complete condensate management system. In numbers, this translates into estimated energy savings of up to 30% by eliminating the condensate management system. The proven, high-quality design of the hot water boiler ensures impressive energy efficiency. At the same time, the system meets the highest safety standards and operates with absolute reliability, even in confined spaces.
