Whistleblower system
As part of the implementation of our compliance strategy to ensure ethical and legally compliant behavior within our company, we have established a web-based internal whistleblower system as a key element. All employees of our company as well as our business partners (suppliers and customers, etc.) have the opportunity to submit reports of violations of laws, our Code of Conduct, and our guidelines – even completely anonymously.
Implementation and monitoring
We have integrated this internal whistleblower system into our Data Protection department. Our Data Protection Officer, Mr. Christoph Schmitt, is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the system. He is available to all our employees and business partners at any time, in person, by phone, by letter, or by email, for any questions related to compliance issues arising from the whistleblower system.
